Enjoy a summer holiday just over the road from Pohara Beach with beautiful views of Golden Bay.
There is a launching ramp and tennis courts within 50 metres of the house, a General Store about 400 metres away, and Tarakohe Marina about 2km away. Climbing cliffs are within a couple of km, and there are several restaurants within 1km.
Enjoy all Golden Bay has to offer, Anatoki Salmon Farm, Tame Eels, Waikoropupu Springs, river swimming, like Paynes Ford, lots of walks, like Wainui Falls, and Anatoki Valley. There's Abel Tasman National Park, with its walks and golden sand beaches; Farewell Spit lighthouse; Wharariki (a West Coast beach with surf); the Cobb Dam; also the Heaphy Track and Kahurangi National Park for the serious tramper.
The modern house has three bedrooms, and sleeps up to seven. (Two queen beds, one single and a set of bunks)
The house is available between 22nd December 2015 and 31st March 2016 (subject to prior bookings). Tariff is $270 per night.
